Necessary documents:  
1. Passport that is valid for at least 90 days after departure from Belarus and has at least one blank "Visa" page. Please note that Belarus Embassy doesn't accept blank "Amended pages" (3 last pages of your passport).
2. Copy of information page of your passport (page with photo).
3. 2 passport-size photos.
4. Completed and signed Application Form + 1 copy.
5. Invitation from an agency, company or organization in the Republic of Belarus, which is registered as a legal entity by the Belarusian authorities for business visa or a tourist voucher with a cover letter from a Belarus travel agency.
6. Multiple-entry long-term business visa requires confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
6. Fill out and submit Service Request Form online. .
